Orders process
We dispatch orders the same day (if order before 11PM) on a working day (unless a problem occurs and we will contact you), if you order status says "processing" this usually means the item is awaiting dispatch, if the order is pending, then its awaiting for our staff to process the order.
You will should receive your order the next day, (1 to 3 days depending on which
postage service you selected, see below)
We are responsible for orders reaching you, orders failing to be delivered
will be re-sent at our expense, this excludes 1st and 2nd class service. (see not received section below)
We only despatch within the UK, and we do not despatch to any other
countries, we can however at a expensive extra cost.

Affected Postcodes Sent By Parcel Force
Some postcodes are classed as
Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage for parcels
sent by Parcel Force.
- All IV codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- All KW codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- PA codes 20 to 49, 60 to 78 (Postage as above plus £6)
- PH codes 17 to 26, 30 to 44, 49 to 50 (Postage as above plus £6)
- All HS codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- KA codes 27 and 28 (Postage as above plus £6)
- All ZE codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- All BT codes (Postage as above plus £10)
- All IM codes (Postage as above plus £10)
- TRcodes 21 to 25 (Postage as above plus £10)
- All GY and JE codes would go Parcel Force Euro 48hr at £17.75.
All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or
more parcels, they may incur additional charges.
The additional charges above only relate to parcels sent by Parcel Force, Royal
Mail parcels are not affected and do not incur additional charges.
Returns
As a Royal Mail requirement there is a Returns Department label on the back,
for any products that could not, for whatever reason be delivered, to be
returned to us. Without it the item is destroyed after 5 days. It also serves a
dual purpose, if the product is found to be faulty, then you can return it to
the same address,
Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
All products carry a twelve month warranty.
Faulty products can be returned and we will send out a replacement, where no
replacement is available, a refund will be issued.

Returned items should be sent recorded delivery for your security.
You will be refunded the cost of the return postage.
If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to
the you at your expense.
Orders will not be accepted for return if they are not faulty.
A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it,
if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days,
after that it will be returned.
Faulty products returned will be examined to see if faulty and if faulty we will
dispatch a replacement if no stocks available a re-fund will be issued.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where
available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3-5
days, subject to manufacturer availability.
Not received your order?
The first thing you should do is check with your local Royal mail depot to
see if it is there.
Royal Mail classes a parcel as missing if it is not delivered within 15 working
days at which point we can put in a claim and then re-despatch the order. They
class a working week as Monday to Friday.
If it has not arrived by the end of the 15th day, let us know and we will
despatch the replacement.
We cannot re-send an order before the 15 days is up, because if the original
parcel was delivered within the 15 days we would not be able to put in a claim.
