Our Orders Process
We try to dispatch orders the same day (if you order before 11AM) on a working day, unless a problem occurs and we will contact you. Otherwise your order will be sent the next working day.

Order Status:
"Processing" / "Awaiting Dispatch" - this means your order has been sent to the factory and is to be sent out - in your order comments you will have a date when your order will be sent.
"Pending" - the order is waiting for a member of staff to process / check the order.
"Completed Payment" - payment has succesfully been made, and the order is waiting for a member of staff to process it.
"On Hold" - we require your action, see your order comments.
"MB - Waiting Process" - you selected Credit / Debit card payment in the checkout and your order has been created, if you have paid it will change to completed payment within a few hours, if not it will expire and delete.

UK Customers, you will should receive your order the next day, (1 to 3 days depending on which postage service you selected, see below)
We are responsible for orders reaching you, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense (excluding no one in to collect the parcel and 1st and 2nd class service) (see not received section below.)

International Customers, you should receive your order within 20 days of your order date (this is typically 4 days.) We sent all International orders via Recorded Airsure.

We mainly only despatch within the UK, however we have recently expanded to Germany and USA, quotes canbe obtained from the shopping cart.

Affected Postcodes Sent By Parcel Force

Some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage for parcels sent by Parcel Force.

- All IV codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- All KW codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- PA codes 20 to 49, 60 to 78 (Postage as above plus £6)
- PH codes 17 to 26, 30 to 44, 49 to 50 (Postage as above plus £6)
- All HS codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- KA codes 27 and 28 (Postage as above plus £6)
- All ZE codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- All BT codes (Postage as above plus £10)
- All IM codes (Postage as above plus £10)
- TRcodes 21 to 25 (Postage as above plus £10)
- All GY and JE codes would go Parcel Force Euro 48hr at £17.75.

All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they may incur additional charges.
The additional charges above only relate to parcels sent by Parcel Force, Royal Mail parcels are not affected and do not incur additional charges.

Returns

As a Royal Mail requirement there is a Returns Department label on the back, for any products that could not, for whatever reason be delivered, to be returned to us. Without it the item is destroyed after 5 days. It also serves a dual purpose, if the product is found to be faulty, then you can return it to the same address,

Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
All products carry a twelve month warranty.
Faulty products can be returned and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.

Returned items should be sent recorded delivery for your security.
You will be refunded the cost of the return postage.
If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the you at your expense.
Orders will not be accepted for return if they are not faulty.
A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it, if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned.
Faulty products returned will be examined to see if faulty and if faulty we will dispatch a replacement if no stocks available a re-fund will be issued.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3-5 days, subject to manufacturer availability.

Not received your order?

The first thing you should do is check with your local Royal mail depot to see if it is there.
Royal Mail classes a parcel as missing if it is not delivered within 15 working days at which point we can put in a claim and then re-despatch the order. They class a working week as Monday to Friday.
If it has not arrived by the end of the 15th day, let us know and we will despatch the replacement.
We cannot re-send an order before the 15 days is up, because if the original parcel was delivered within the 15 days we would not be able to put in a claim.
