you requiring important information about your order, if your e-mail address is incorrect we will
not take any responsibility for any loss of information or updates of your order

Paypal:
We are not responsible for any Paypal fees (we do not charge extra for these
fees there paid for by us, upon receiving your order money).
When refunding a order in full, for what ever reason we will re-fund the PayPal
fee charged by PayPal (included in the order), PayPal dont re-fund the twenty pence, please see PayPals re-fund
policy. If the re-fund is only for part of the order for example Fred buys 1 x
mp3 player and 1 x hi tech kettle, the kettle goes discontinued and we cannot
get hold of any more of these kettles, so we re-fund Fred just for the kettle
the PayPal fee we be re-funded by PayPal by a percentage of the re-fund, (this
is not likely to be much) also please understand the postage of Freds order will
be re-funded taking the weight of the kettle off and a twenty pence charge.
Re-funds:
We will only re-fund items if the item has been discontinued, or out of stock, we are not responsible for any
Paypal fees, please see above. If your order has gone though and processing for shipment
we cannot re-fund your payment. Faulty items please
refer to Shipping & Returns
for more information regards faulty returns and see below 'Faulty Returns'. If you item is found to be faulty
we will re-fund your item including the postage cost to you, please note we only
re-fund returns when there are no products in stock (we will wait up to five days
for more stock, if arriving with in the five days) however you can decided if you want a refund or a replacement product.
Cheques / postal order:
we currently offer a max 12 day extra wait, contact us
for more information and a address, all cheques or postal orders must be sent on
recorded delivery, also you must accept the extra wait depending on the what
payment method used, we are not responsible for if cheques get lost in the post.
Un-delivered / Not received:
A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it, if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to us, Kb Online are not responsible to redispatch the item to you at our expensive, we will hold the item until you pay the redispatch charge.
Your parcel may still turn up, we have had a few cases where this was the case, although Royal Mail services will normally get there within 2 days, Royal Mail do state that you should allow 5 working days. Also Royal mail do not class a delivery as a query unless it has been overdue by 15 days, meaning that after the 15 working days is up, we can dispatch a replacement free of charge. We understand that the 15 days wait from the original dispatch date is not ideal, however we cannot dispatch a replacement or give a full refund before the 15 days due to Royal Mail polices. Previously we did and in most cases the orders turned up, and the customers did not return the parcel to us. So due to security issues and third party polices we cannot dispatch or refund your order before the 15 working days, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Kb Online do not cover lost items on a non-recorded delivery service (1st class / 2nd class), the minimum spend on a non-recorded service is £5, Kb Online display this in on the checkout shipping page, and do not recover the costs if the item goes missing in shipment.

Returns Policy:
As a Royal Mail requirement there is a Returns Department label on the back, for any products that could not, for whatever reason be delivered, to be returned to us. Without it the item is destroyed after 5 days.
All returns must go through our returns system, you cannot return your product with out filling the returns form in, for a returns number, staff will advise you of the returns procedures if we feel you can return the product. For instructions on returning products Click here. Kb Online have the right to charge a 10% restocking fee where we feel is necessary in the circumstances.
Faulty Item Returns:
Whilst we hope that our products will not prove faulty, occasionally faults will arise within our products. It is our aim to deal with them in as swift a way as possible. Our “Dead on Arrival” or DOA period is 14 days from date of receipt. We also offer a straight swap or refund should the product fail within 14 days.
Should you receive a faulty item you should firstly contact us at support@kb-online.co.uk explaining the nature of the problem and quoting all relevant details. If your faulty product needs to come back to us then the returns procedure is as follows:

Upon receipt from us of an RMA (Return of Material Authorisation) number please wait for
authorization of the return once authorised, instructions will be sent on where to return the item, make sure that the product is packed complete and securely to avoid transit damage. Please also make sure that the RMA number is visible on the outside of the packaging. Returned items should be sent recorded delivery for security. Kb Online will not accept responsibility if items get lost on the way back to us. Faulty products returned will be examined to see if faulty and if faulty we will dispatch a replacement if no stocks available a re-fund will be issued. You will be refunded the cost of the return postage if found faulty. If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the you at your expense. Orders will not be accepted for return if they are not faulty.

Unwanted Returns:
Unwanted items may be returned to Kb Online Stores up to 7 days after the receipt of goods. However it is a pre-condition of our acceptance of such items that they are returned in a re-saleable condition. i.e. Goods must be unopened, unused and contain all accessories, manuals, drivers, cables etc supplied with the goods.
It is your responsibility to make sure the goods reach us in the condition stated above. We recommend that you use a reliable carrier or recorded mail and make sure that the goods are sufficiently insured. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged in transit.
To return unwanted items customer should follow the instructions at http://shop.kb-online.co.uk/faq.php#24 to fill in a RMA (Return of Material Authorisation) form for the unwanted products. Providing the above conditions are met we will then authorise the RMA (Return of Material Authorisation) number. Only then may you return the goods to us. Please make sure that the RMA number is visible on the outside of the packaging as well as the ID number you will get. Once we have examined the goods and we our happy with the condition of them we will issue you with a refund, minus any delivery charges.
Please note items that are sent to us without a valid RMA and ID number will not be accepted
