Customers details:
You must supply us with a correct working e-mail address, we may need to contact
you requiring important information about your order, if your e-mail address is incorrect we will
not take any responsibility for any loss of information or updates of your order
or delays, we will sent a 24 hour friendly warning.

Terms and conditions:
Paypal:
We are not responsible for any Paypal fees (we do not charge extra for these
fees there paid for by us, upon receiving your order money).
When refunding a order in full, for what ever reason we will re-fund the PayPal
fee charged by PayPal (included in the order), PayPal dont re-fund the twenty pence, please see PayPals re-fund
policy. If the re-fund is only for part of the order for example Fred buys 1 x
mp3 player and 1 x hi tech kettle, the kettle goes discontinued and we cannot
get hold of any more of these kettles, so we re-fund Fred just for the kettle
the PayPal fee we be re-funded by PayPal by a percentage of the re-fund, (this
is not likely to be much) also please understand the postage of Freds order will
be re-funded taking the weight of the kettle off and a twenty pence charge.
Re-funds:
We will only re-fund items if the item has been discontinued, or out of stock, we are not responsible for any
Paypal fees, please see above. If your order has gone though and processing for shipment
we cannot re-fund your payment. Faulty items please
refer to Shipping & Returns
for more information regards faulty returns and see below 'Faulty Returns'. If you item is found to be faulty
we will re-fund your item including the postage cost to you, please note we only
re-fund returns when there are no products in stock (we will wait up to five days
for more stock, if arriving with in the five days) however you can decided if you want a refund or a replacement product.
Cheques / postal order:
we currently offer a max 12 day extra wait, contact us
for more information and a address, all cheques or postal orders must be sent on
recorded delivery, also you must accept the extra wait depending on the what
payment method used.
Returns:
As a Royal Mail requirement there is a Returns Department label on the back, for any products that could not, for whatever reason be delivered, to be returned to us. Without it the item is destroyed after 5 days.
All returns must go through our returns system, you cannot return your product with out filling the returns form in, for a returns number, staff will advise you of the returns procedure if we feel you can return the product. for instructions on returning products Click here. Kb Online have the right to charge a 10% restocking fee where we feel is necessary in the circumstances.
Faulty Returns:
Returned items should be sent recorded delivery for your security, Kb Online will not accept responsibility if items get lost on the way back to us.
You will be refunded the cost of the return postage if found faulty.
If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the you at your expense.
Orders will not be accepted for return if they are not faulty.
Faulty products returned will be examined to see if faulty and if faulty we will dispatch a replacement if no stocks available a re-fund will be issued.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3-5 days, subject to manufacturer availability.
Unwanted Returns:
Kb Online offer customers a 7 day unwanted return with the following conditions:
-You must use the returns system on your order, we will not accept returns without this been filled in. For instructions on returning products Click here.
-Items must be brand new and sealed.
-Items must be returned from 7 days of receiving the item.
-Kb Online have the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
Un-delivered / was not in:
A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it, if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to us, Kb Online are not responsible to redispatch the item to you at our expensive, we will hold the item until you pay the redispatch charge.
Twelve month warranty:
All products carry a twelve month warranty on conditions below:
- We reserve the right to half your refund.
- Refer to 'Faulty Returns' for conditions.
Lost:
The first thing you should do is check with your local Royal mail / Parcel Force depot to see if it is there, not to contact Kb Online.
Royal Mail classes a parcel as missing if it is not delivered within 15 working days at which point we can then re-despatch the order or refund you. They class a working week as Monday to Friday.
If it has not arrived by the end of the 15th day, let us know and we will despatch the replacement.
We cannot re-send an order before the 15 days is up, because if the original parcel was delivered within the 15 days we would not be able to put in a claim.
Due to security peruses and third party polices Kb Online CANNOT dispatch or refund a missing order before 15 working days, however at the end of the 15 working days we can dispatch a replacement or issue you with a full refund.
Kb Online do not cover lost items on a non-recorded delivery service (1st class / 2nd class), the minimum spend on a non-recorded service is £5, Kb Online display this in on the checkout shipping page, and do not recover the costs if the item goes missing in shipment.
